Who controls your data

Website enquiries are jointly controlled by the two Prague-based Gorilla Business operators:

  • Kirill Tkachev, IČO 14379422, Čenětická 2413/1a, Chodov, 149 00 Praha.
  • Alexandr Logovik, IČO 24889334, Tyršova 1838/14, Nové Město, Praha.

What we collect and why

The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, company and selected challenge. You may also provide an email address and a short description. We use this information to assess your request, contact you, prepare a proposal and, where relevant, take steps before entering into a contract.

The legal bases are your consent and, when you ask for a commercial proposal, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that already took place lawfully.

Enquiry delivery and recipients

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. For reliable delivery, each enquiry is sent in parallel through Resend to a Gorilla Business work inbox and through the Telegram Bot API to a private work chat. These providers process the data only to host and protect the site or deliver the message.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the available contractual safeguards and GDPR transfer mechanisms are used.

Analytics

Analytics starts only after you choose to allow it in the website notice. Depending on the production configuration, we may use Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregated page and event statistics, including successful form submissions. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled.

Your choice is stored only in your browser. To change it, use the button below; after reload the site will ask again.

Retention

We normally retain an enquiry and related correspondence for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, then delete or anonymise it unless law, contract performance or legal claims require a longer period. Contract and accounting records are kept for statutory periods.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent and complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).

We do not sell personal data or use automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for you.
